Head of Design - Render

• You'll own the design of our B2B platform, Render
• You’re excited by the opportunity to help build a product design team from scratch.
• You can work autonomously. We have a flat organisational structure so you should enjoy taking things on with little direction● You’re willing to get your hands dirty.
• We’re an early stage startup so there are probably going to be times where we need design help outside of the product, e.g. designing ads or tshirts

• 5+ years of design experience, ideally on a SaaS or fintech product. But a solid portfolio trumps years of experience
• Experience working in an Agile team, following a sprint-based, test-driven development cycle
• Experience growing and scaling a design team
